Flywire Payments
Students may opt to use Flywire to pay their program, course, and other fees at the time of enrollment via our student web portal. Or, those students who need to submit payment prior to enrollment can send payment directly to UCLA Extension via Flywire.
Self-enroll Payment Option - To utilize Flywire to pay for program, course, and other fees at the time of enrollment, log into the student web portal and simply select Flywire as your preferred payment method at checkout. You will then be directed to Flywire's payment portal to initiate payment. Your enrollment will be finalized once UCLA Extension receives your Flywire payment.
Advance Payment Option - Students may also elect to submit lump-sum payments for program, course, and other fees to UCLA Extension prior to enrollment. To utilize this option, please visit uclax.flywire.com to initiate payment and have the below information handy:

- Seven-digit UCLA Extension student ID number,* or organization name and ID number printed on your invoice (if applicable)
- Complete bank information for the account(s) to be used to fund your payment to UCLA Extension
- Email address associated with your UCLA Extension student or group profile
After your advance payment has been initiated, please complete this Enrollment Form (if registering for courses, programs, or candidacy fees), and email the form to billing@uclaextension.edu. When payment arrives, this form will provide UCLA Extension with instructions required to complete registration.
Payment Timing
Turnaround times vary based on the originating country and banking institution. Please ensure Flywire has received all necessary information so that payment can be remitted to UCLA Extension successfully. Once payment has been guaranteed, receipt may take 3 - 10 business days.
