Electronic payments via wire or ACH transfer from domestic (US) bank accounts may be initiated using the bank details provided below. 

Please work with your bank to ensure the net amount received by UCLA Extension is sufficient to cover all fees.

IMPORTANT: Please instruct the sending bank to include "UCLA Extension" in the wire reference along with the student's name, the student's seven digit UCLA Extension student ID number, and the purpose of the transfer). Failure to include this information in the wire reference details may significantly delay receipt of payment and may result in rejection/return of the funds received.

Once the wire transfer has been initiated, please email a copy of the wire receipt from your bank to [e-mail]. If applicable, please include a completed Enrollment Form so we know how these funds should be applied.
