Extension Department Security Administrators (DSAs)

Each organization, division, and department at UCLA is required to establish at least two Department Security Administrators or DSAs tasked with managing systems access via the campus Distributed Access Control Security System or DACSS interface.

Extension DSAs

Staff and their supervisors can request specific access to various campus systems and their functions by submitting a Systems Access Request (SAR). Your BFS support team can assist with determining appropriate access options and preparing and submitting the SAR. Access to certain functions is controlled by campus. Extension DSAs will coordinate all such requests with campus directly.
